We have relocated to what we think of as our state-of-the-art Transcription Services Division and are now conveniently located in the bucolic town of Oaklyn (Camden County), in Southern NJ . Here in our new location and under our new name, we proudly continue to offer cutting-edge technology in the ease of digital upload of your dictations to separate, private, secure website vaults where each client is assigned their own password-protected secure vault. We may have a new name and a new location but we will continue to offer to you and all of our clients (present or future) the same quality transcription services you have come to rely upon as in years past. Digital upload is a truly exceptional, high-tech, efficient medium and is near flawless in ease of upload and download via computer. NJ Transcription uses the most current digital encryption technology to protect your information using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption which means the information transmitted between your office computer and the NJ Transcription webserver is encrypted for security. This encryption prevents anyone from seeing your sensitive information. You will know you are communicating with our "secure server" because of the gold lock in the address bar of your browser window when you are logged into your private vault. We provide each client with their own specific "gold lock"/secure web vault address for their voice files which is username and password-protected. We take great pride in the fact that we transcribe clean, accurate documents for all Health Care Providers in multiple specialty areas, all done within an exceptional turn-around-time. We do so for a very reasonable page rate rather than an expensive, complicated, and easily misunderstood by the client line rate, although if one specifically prefers this computation method, we are happy to accommodate our clients with our very competitive line rate. We currently successfully provide Transcription Services to multiple clients in various medical specialty areas located throughout the New Jersey/Tri-State Area. Our Transcriptionists are fully trained Medical Transcriptionists and are specifically trained to your account specifics. Your reports are overseen by our Quality Assurance Specialists to assure complete accuracy of your documents. We comply with all State and Federal requirements, and are of course, HIPAA-compliant in maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient/provider information contained therein. We always have time to answer any questions regarding quality, quantity, turn-around-time, delivery of reports, billing, digital versus cassette or telephone dictation, and explain the ease of HIPAA-compliant voice file uploads to our secure website, etc. Although we stress and strongly encourage the use of digital dictation, we will continue to accept both micro and standard cassettes either in person (locally) or via courier, and we will continue to provide clients the option of toll-free telephone-in dictation services via our toll-free number.
